Refund policy
t Waggrove, we want customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days after receiving your item.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and preferably in its original packaging. Items that show clear signs of use, damage, or missing parts may not be accepted for a full refund.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-returnable items
Some items may not be eligible for return, such as:
- Used products
- Opened hygiene-related products
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Digital products or gift cards
- Perishable items, if applicable
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should report the issue as soon as possible. Clear photos of the item and packaging may be required to review the request.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Shipping costs are only refunded when required by applicable law or when the return is due to an error with the order.
Exchanges
